A Family Report is a detailed, independent family assessment that helps you and the Court decide what care arrangements are best for the children.

Annamarie is available to provide Family Report services throughout the North Coast of NSW and across other regions of Australia as per individual requirements.

Will My Child/ren Have To Be Interviewed?

Each child is given the opportunity to have their wishes heard, but no child is made to do so.

Is Information I Provide During Any Interview Confidential?

All information provided is admissible in Court, and therefore NOT confidential.

Do I Receive A Copy Of The Family Report?

Yes. A copy of the Family Report will be provided to your lawyer.
If you do not have a lawyer you will be provided a copy directly.

Can I Share The Family Report?

Not without permission from the Court.
It is an offence to do so.

The Report will cover the arrangements for the care of the children and the children’s needs.

It will also contain an assessment of the relationship between you and the children, the children’s needs, attachment and views.
